GERMAN HAND FIELD CAMERA. 1927. A dual-shutter plate camera, with magazine back. Heavily, and fairly arbitrarily restored by me, from a collection of woodworm eaten parts that I found hidden in a child's vanity case in the junk box under a stall at the Bievres Camera Fair, Paris. It was the first restoration job I ever tackled and the result is not for the purist, but who cares? I took great pleasure in rescuing it from the dustbin.
